    Our Process

Our goal is to ensure that you are confident to set out on your holiday. We want you to get to know us and your van. When you arrive at one of our collection points in Nottingham, Sheffield or at Long Bennington on the A1 the team will ensure a quick and efficient transfer.

    Select Your Van

    Select your van. They are all factory fitted, premium brand vehicles so you can be confident of a luxury adventure. It is all about what you need.

    Select Your Dates

    Simply click on the Bookings and Details button of the vehicle that you want to book. Enter your preferred dates. Let us know which add-ons you would like to reserve for your trip . 

    Pay your deposit

    We ask for an initial payment of 25% of your booking to secure your camper van. You can do this on line. You don’t need to pay any more until 30 days before your hire date.

    Pay your balance

    30 days before you’re due to check-in, we will confirm all of your booking requirements. We will complete payment for the balance of your trip and confirm any add-ons you have booked.

    Vehicle Orientation

    Whether you are picking up your vehicle from one our offices across The Midlands or we are delivering it to you we will carry out a full vehicle orientation. This process takes about 45 minutes and will include signing any necessary documentation.

    You are now all set to hit the road. Our team will help you to transfer your luggage and see you off. We are sure that you will enjoy your trip in your luxury vehicle.
